Join me for my signature BODY BY FLEUR class designed to strengthen gracefully, improve posture, sculpt and increase flexibility. The BODY BY FLEUR method was inspired by my 20yr career as an Olympic Figure Skater, the class is designed to work the body as a whole, to create and move energy and to leave you feeling energized and activated.
